Hello Ann. Sheesh. Thanks. Now I remember why I didn't get DSL sooner. I remember that it's a lot easier to hack into your system when you have DSL because your system is open. Yes, I know what a firewall is but have not checked into a software yet. Hm. Luckily I have another 2 weeks before my packet arrives. I may PM you if I get lost. gg. This was another disaster day for me in some of my nets and techs. Considering how nicely the NAZ futures were up in Globex last night, it was def. a bummer. Dell did alright but the street is squawking already about all kinds of things. Like top line growth etc. We may have to suffer a bit longer with our techs. Well, I guess the SEC voted to give all investors more even handed information by top company officials. Analysts are steaming now and will probably let it out on us us for a while. gg. I am not so sure how this will work out to begin with. Hopefully cos. will come out with lots of info over the net etc. and will not decide to keep things under wrap more. That would give analysts more to squawk about and I can't seem them giving up the advantage over us so easily. Some things are hard to enforce. I guess lawyers will get more work again and so will we. Time to check the net every day then for news on our stocks. Ugh. Sonny

Hello Ann. I am back from my long vacation and am finally getting around to installing my DSL. Unfortunately I am having trouble with my Msft 98 software, I believe. It will not recognize my Ethernet card. I am now leaving to purchase another Ethernet card by 3 Com. I am using a Westell ADSL modem. What Firewall system do you recommend? Preferably one that can be downloaded. Since you were so nice to offer your help on this, I will take you up on this. I will go to PM on this matter. Let's hope the NAZ will be turning around pretty soon now. Sonny
