The worst is over. There are some major news next week propelling the stock upward. People in the know from INTC told me INTC could not keep up with demand leaving plenty on the table for AMD. They expect AMD to sell out every Athlon and Duron AMD could make. This is very positive considering that it's coming from the opponent's mouth. Of course, flash is sold out for Q3, Q4, Q1'01. Demand still far outstrips supply. It's in AMD interest to pump the stock next week before the split. They will do so when they can. I expect some major announcement next week to support the stock. Wanna bet Mr. Engel.
