i think they wish they were in the us though. lots of complaints about high taxes and the brain drain and stuff seem to emanate from the big cheeses of that organization.

"AMAZON NOT SLOWING DOWN.... Despite criticism it's stretched
too thinly and questioning of when it might become
profitable, Amazon keeps doing deals. In the latest,
Amazon.com and Toys 'R Us said they had signed a 10-year
alliance (really, 10 years?) for two co-branded online
ventures--a toy and video games store and a baby products
store. Toysrus.com will buy and manage inventory, while
Amazon will handle site development and customer service.
Amazon already has a number of similar partnerships,
including ones with Drugstore.com, HomeGrocer.com and
Pets.com. Most of the revenue it has booked through its
network of Internet partners has come in the form of stock
in those companies. And you can never get too much of
Pets.com stock, am I right? Amazon fell 1.4% to $30
7/16."
