Jean, I would probably stay away from DELL in the coming months because there are better opportunities in tech elsewhere---for example NT and GLW. Heading into a seasonally strong period for the market, you want to be in stocks that are free of disappointments. I think high 30s should be fine to buy Dell but the opportunity costs are huge, IMHO. Better to buy Dell when the market is weak. I think that stage is almost over and the year end rally might be getting closer. I will send you a PM.
