That pretty much sums how I feel about RTIN after holding for over a year. I hope the latest PR pans out and the deal is completed in a reasonable amount of time but given their past history I'm not jumping for joy either. A letter of intent could be based on so many scenarios that only the final details matter to me. I wonder why they aren't including all of the franchises in the deal. Whose idea was that and why? Hopefully this letter formalizes verbal negotiations that have been agreed to by both parties but I'd rather hear about it after the deal is done. With that said I like the growth plan outlined in the PR and am glad I've been averaging down. Just had to vent a little. Good luck to all.
