John, re Dell's confidence in PC growth, not sure. They are confident in overall revenues growth of 30% for the year, so they have to do well in the second half and PCs are a very big part of it. So I guess by deductive reasoning, they must be confident in PC sales in 2H.

Comparing apples and apples, I thought Compaq's CC a couple of weeks ago was much better. They seemed much better prepared, showed much more confidence, seemed to have their plan all together much more. Dell's CFO and the other guy, didn't get his title, are not very good speakers at all. Both sound something like a nervous kid giving a book report. They should get Mikey in there. When you listened to Chambers yesterday, and then those two today, it was like the big leagues and then the minors.
