well cisco needs more bandwidth to route digital info. can you say rmbs. maybe ram, maybe switchs, maybe controlers. been a year almost since tate snuck a hint of telecommunications wins into a speech. hey guys, tate may not be mr. personality but he hasn't lied to us yet. unlike some people on this thread. rocky

Cypress may be more than happy to supply "clock generators" to the unwary competition; but when it comes to high speed memory for their own designs, they go to the experts. Color that design win "DDR2-ESLITE". I am sure CISCO and CY will need millions of them:

Future Products to Target Network Communications Market

The link is for a 533MHz (1066) Rambus clock generator. It is good to see infrastructure support for RDRAM 1066 beginning to appear.
