Doug, since Bill already knows that his phone won't be ringing (why would it when a strong U.S. dollar is to the benefit of both Republicans and Democrats?), why doesn't he go ahead now with the GATA court action rather than wait? If his lawyers have all the court papers & evidence ready, let's get them filed. As this thread's representative to GATA, couldn't you press that point with Bill? I'm not sure where the action will go, but it will be nice to see it underway, and get the market and press reaction. Phil
