DPAC..another downgrade from Thomas Weisel

Topic : Dense-Pac Microsystems (DPAC)

Dense-Pac Microsystems (DPAC: news, msgs) shares slumped 20 percent, extending Wednesday's 30 percent lose. The maker of higher-density memory products warned that a shortage of DRAM chips could adversely affect second-quarter sales and the company's expectations. Thomas Weisel sliced the stock's rating to "market perform" from "buy." The stock lost 1 5/16 to 5 5/16.

Two downgrades in a short amount of time
Does Weisel want cheap shares?
