Pulled a MSDW report off of Multex.com tonight...Reiterating 'Outperform' rating (Is this the highest at MSDW?) with a $200 price target. Report had todays date on it although I could not find it mentioned anywhere else. By the way, how many $200 price targets do we have? MSDW,First Union, Robbie Stephens (before Dan Niles left), M. Lynch (Or is it $175?). Have to imagine a report by Dan Niles (Lehman) will do great things for valuation if/when he starts touting SNDK.

FORSTMANN-LEFF ASSOCIATES LLC sells over 1 million (-20%)SNDK shares in 2nd Qtr.

With SNDK at $122 on 3/31, you can;t blame them, especially knowing SEG was selling. We all should have known the same thing. Fidelity did.

The question is, who is selling now, with the price down 66% from its high and 50% since the end of Q1, after all of the good news: the Lexar win, QCOM's designing in an MMC slot, Palm supporting an SD slot, a stellar Q2 report, etc.
