Thanks. I don't think I can ever look at a pebble again without thinking about it in some recess of the mind.

It was just bad timing. Had I been in a more populated area it probably just would have been a fast trip to emergency and out.

Afterwards I told my son, "No offense, but the next time I come to see you in one of these 'off-the-beaten path' junkets of yours I'm flying in then renting a high-speed boat".

He said not to forget to bring a physician on board the boat.

<ever having a bad market day>

I wanted to address that separately because while laid up I came to a different conclusion about what having a bad day in the market really is.

I'm a little fouled up at the moment to place all my thoughts in order but generally it's supposed to be a job one enjoys doing. So even if one is having a bad day s/he should be able to profit from the experience.

Well, I thought I might be able to philosophize on this a bit longer but some discomfort is still there. Perhaps the best plan of action at the moment is more rest, catch you tomorrow.
