BD, I talk to Jim Webster and he says Jeff is trying to get the funds to pay the back property taxes. I believe by October the properties will be sold and therefore killing this pathetic excuse of a mining company.

Still in business? From Dave Brooks who when to the tax sale, JABI's properties were pulled from the sale due to the company filing Ch.11.

This is still unconfirmed from Bootes but that was the talk at the auction.
