Hi Dave, I have never bought POPM ( that I can remember !)but am looking at getting in when it stays over $1 for a few days. The weekly graph looks like a run is coming. Williams% weekly is at -50 now, MACD is about to cross up (although the cross is below the zero line ), and slow stoch has been rising for a month now.
