Jean, RE: Trust MSD ? You'd have to be crazy or be so much in love with Dell's glory days to have lost all objectivity.. No kidding. The guy continues to award himself absurd pay packages even though performance is declining. And now DELL won't show us any break out of the investment earnings. None. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how much of the 22¢ is investment gains. This is new. Before, DELL would at least help. Now, all of a sudden, DELL won't tell us. They even hide information in the balance sheet. Why, I wonder, this sudden lack of disclosure in this department? Once again, I remember that when news is bad, DELL management tends to hide the truth. When management changes disclosure and refuses to give us detail, it is pretty hard to give them the benefit of the doubt.
