See my comments on our site last night. The charts are littered with Head and Shoulders formations and bear flags that are breaking down.

My only problem is that my cycles aren't lined up for a hard drop here. It was funny that Don posted he was looking at the early September time frame. I had just written a PM and an e-mail to different friend that my charts were pointing to the strong possibility a head fake up on the FOMC then a tank job shortly thereafter. It just seems to be a hoard of stuff that points to another couple weeks of propping then it is all over.

Who knows. Personally I was looking at CPQ puts myself. But with the futures biased up due to after market ramps in the SP00s, I was hoping to get a morning pop to enter since the Jan 01 25s were only 1 1/2. No more, apparently the PPI isn't being well received since the futures just reversed down strong in the last couple minutes.

Good Luck,

Lee
