As I posted on RB, Howard, RTIN is in the driver's seat on this one. REmember, they are the SELLER, not the BUYER. If the OFFEROR does not perform, they can look for other BUYERS. In the meantime, since RTIN already owns Tanners(a fact that some of the complainers have seemed to overlook), they will continue to receive the income from the current operations while waiting for the right franchisee to come along. This is the exact opposite situation to osf and fb, why can't these people see that? TG
