Chris,

Originally I wanted to increase my short position by about 10% which would have made my portfolio with PROFUNDs about 45%-50% short. I am normally precise so I suspect it was their error where they made maxxed out my cash with USPIX(short-NDX) where I was 100% short.

After that post yesterday, I did not call PROFUNDs since I started noticing that the NAZ was deteriorating. Yes I was a bit nervous, but if it did go the wrong way I felt confident that I had a way out since I was confident that it was not my error, so I got lucky.

I never called PROFUNDs to correct it, just closed most of that error at the close.

I will say this, I will probably start using their internet system to make a trade rather than by phone call. I noticed that with a phone call, I do get a feeling at times that communications errors can occur.
