I think that the idea of a election / fall rally is a fair one. It's the only reason that I don't short and hold more. I think there may be some more warnings in many stocks in Sept. and I think there is a chance of a Oct. sell off. It's my feeling that many investors are thinking of a fall rally...holding on to stocks with the idea that the election will bring some losers back and get them a few more bucks on thier winners. I think that if there is some selling in from of the election in october after many warnings in sept. things could get ugly fast...I think we are in a bear market and will continue to range trade with the occasional break down to new lower ranges as techs disappoint. I may take up to two years to complete....just like it did in 1929. The human mind hasn't changed...greed, buy the dip, bullish gambling addicts trading in the casino market.
