the tobacco companies are being bought by the value players,
MO is said to be raising the dividend at the next shareholder meeting, and there has been a lull in the
litigation lawsuits recently.

plus these stocks were dramatically oversold, again an
example of the market overshooting in each direction.

I would have an exit strategy for these, or would at least
sell on a scale as prices head higher.
