<PS An old Merrill hand once told me that O'Neil could not make it running a mutual fund, so he switched to "teaching". Is this true? Does this reinforce the old axiom: " If you can, do. If you can't, teach."?>

jj...this market is a non event right now and I can't say whether its going up or down. I personally have about 1/3 cash setting on the side lines waiting for those blue light specials that are bound to come along.

One of the best things I have learned from O'Neil is that you've got to have a system of sorts and, by and large, you have to follow it.

Regarding your axiom: I've had my own business for 27 years and when ever I get the opportunity, I will teach a class of young advertising students. They (the students) make you think once in a while! <G>
