take a look at the sell of in the Nikkei on the Monthly and weekly chart.

I am looking for a bottom in the Nikkei and I feel it can move substantially
higher in the coming year.

as I've mention I have put money to work in SNE, NTT, NTDMY
about 10 days ago. about 2 days after we hit 15600 on the nikkei and started to rally

the decline we have seen since april 10th is a .618 retracment of
the advance from the Oct 1998 low @ 12690 and the April 2000 high
@ 20750

as you can see on the monthly Nikkei chart . It has
been through a protracted 10 year bear market, but
fundamentally it appears we are coming out of the
bear market.
