To Ramp...Don't think you should "kid" yourself about the folks on this board being "relaxed" about this deal and the stock price....I can't imagine that applies to anyone here.....However, as most here are GNET longs, my guess is that as long as Russell stays as President (or more), most of us will stay as well. Besides, who really cares what any of us "think".....It's the folks with the BIG chess pieces that will control the day....

Ramping up it looks like the street likes the merger of phone.com and software much more than insp/gnet. That bothers me alot. This new company certainly looks like a big competitor to me in the wireless sector. Yet Naveen keeps saying that we have no competition??????.....wish there was someone smart out there who knew this sector and could explain to us whether Naveen is blowing wind or not....the overlap in claims from competitors on deals with vendors is confusing to me.....from where I sit one thing seems certain and that is this sure don't look like a slam dunk and not so sure I have the wherewithall to figure it out......need more info
