I don't think we have a breakout yet, Chris. Odds are high for a failure here. Volume is too low to break out. I'm looking at value plays here, as that's what's leading the market higher. MO's probably good to 34, based on a quick peak at the chart.

Financials will do well as expectations for interest rates are headed lower. C & AXP although near their highs should do well. BA & DIS are getting close to break out. IBM will go much higher if it gets above 122. CPQ will be a buy at 32 1/2. Oil & energy stocks should also do well. I havent looked at any specific stocks in that group except for ENE which has already broken out.
