The flipping policy is unfair to individual investors so I have tried to be careful to avoid getting 'stuck' with less potential ones. I did not affirm the IOI after reading the Red Herring IPO review on Etrade: WILL EQUINIX BE ANOTHER GENUITY? It has raised 300M from prominent companies such as CSCO, DELL and MSFT. It is still quite in debt and face heavy competitions. But good luck to all who are brave!
