All> Man I hate getting played. This market makes me feel like a sucker all too often. Staying defensive and re-shorting. . . triple digit green of the Dow smells like another suckers rally. We'll get our chance to make our market move later this month, IMO. [We just need patience.] And when we do, look out! The only thing worse than a Hungry Bear is an Angry Bull OT> Speaking of which. . . . Been writing letters to Washington DC and Atlanta FED this AM. . . There are many corrupt practices in the Banking Industry. This week one of my banks pulled an illegal move on the wrong angry bull. Or to say it another way they violated Federal Banking Regulations 12 CFR Part 299 Sections C. 229.10. . .as well as others. . . which caused me great stress this week. . . and with the amount of work I am putting in of late, I cannot afford the added stress. . . especially when greed is the motivating factor for their actions. I cannot wait for the day [soon] when we have a team of individuals and attorneys that fight back on a regular basis. . . we've all been trampled on and fleeced for just too long. . . especially in the markets. [Must be all that Salmon I eat. . that makes me choose not to roll-over, but rather to swim upstream and risk becoming bear lunch. . . just to lay some good eggs that might have a better chance of surviving this dog-eat-dog world.] "Not a good day for Phil" >LOL< I have appointments all afternoon so I'm out of here. . . .Best wishes to all for a great weekend.
