And thank you for your courteous and reasoned responses - in the heat of controversy some on the threads attack the messenger instead of the message (which I take to be a lack of confidence in the message).

Clearly, you are confident in your opinions and feel no such need.

It will be interesting to see how it all turns out in the end.
