intersting!

i just checked over all my trades in the last month. when i use proper TA and confirmation entry points i make money on about 75% of my trades and the losers are all small because i follow proper exit points.

when i follow hunches i make money on only about 25% of the trades and the losses are bigger, i think because i am playing hunches i don't pick my exit points as well.

there really is a lot of sense in staying on the sidelines and watching when you are not sure. i think the hunches are gambling. i have to get better in just leaving the computer and doing something else especially when my trades in the am are over early and i just initiate more trades because i am feeling lucky.

i think i am going to make a banner this weekend to put over my desk that says you are not feeling lucky, you are going to do something stupid.
