They are the CLEANEST in the whole Mediterranean from a recent study published (sorry I don't have the source handy). Too many people crammed in it. But this weekend is great since most people are gone for holidays, there is a nice breeze and traffic is almost nonexistent (by Athens standards). >PS -- George, while we're at it, there's a $4 million bounty offered by the FBI to help it in its investigation in Greece's terrorist attacks! Greece is still on the State Dept.'s shortlist of countries "harboring terrorism" --yet another (ideological) pollution! Help Uncle Sam George!! Don't accept any luggage you might be given at the airport!!! Yes November 17 is a problem. Hopefully they will get caught. Most Greeks believe that CIA and Mossad are behind it, too professional for these guys to be Greek<g>. As far as the luggage goes, you are right. And I am flying Alitalia for added security<g> Will take the wife shopping now to spend some of our $$'s. God Bless America. People in Athens (the few who haven't left for the beaches) can escape the smog now by taking the brand new Metro. Later
