Goalie,

Are you selling WSP, holding or tendering...? I suspect you'll sell... (just a gut feeling...)
Regards. Goalie.

IMO, my choices were to either sell, tender or hold. I have made my decision and every shareholder will have to do the same. Good luck.

Interestingly, DeBeers is not obligated to buy any WSP if less than 50.1% is tendered, BUT, that does not mean they won't choose to buy less, say 25-30% if only that amount is tendered. A position of 25-30% would preclude anyone else from taking WSP over. They could then extend their offer. Also, it would prevent the shareprice from dropping down to a level where CC and others would have interest again in financing because the arbs would buy and tender for the spread. IMO, it is not looking good for the spear:-((however, we shall see.
