Another "out" Roy, would have been to merge with a strong associated, listed, corp. with a p/e ratio already established. I think many of us were nudged into believing this was going to happen. Obviously, such a suitor didn't step forward; and even if they had, we would have seen serious dilution as you pointed out We now have a fuller and stronger management group with SUCCESS written all over their resumes. So let's get behind them and push for all we are worth. El Toro

Roy I tend to agree with you. I am not sure whether this was the plan from the start or if there were no other options to get financing etc. Imo JPC and Glenn still want control of the future direction of the company (good move) and this is the means to that end. Time will tell and I support their decision. I bought in in Apr 98 and have added shares all along. Management is the reason I stay. Maybe I'm smart, maybe I,m dumb but I know I'm stubborn. Chuck
