Good point ... until you are attacked and slandered, repeatedly, for stating contrary issues. Then you give it back.

Civility has been lost on this site. I continue on my merry way (my quixotic quest as I wrote to a VLNC oldie) to make the company more responsible to shareholders, but more on that anon. FYI: I thought the following would be of interest to those here (because I saw no instance where this was reported): On 3 August a broker friend informed me by phone that the Dow Jones wire reported that CIBC (Oppenheimer) put out a strong buy on VLNC. I had sold off 70% of my holding when the stock dropped below 20 and bought in heavily when it reached 14. I must admit I reacted smartly after hearing the news, purchasing at 15 1/8. Unfortunately, I am unable to trace the original Dow Jones message; nonetheless, I thought the information would be of interest to you all. Certainly, if CIBC thought its announcement would generate rabid interest in VLNC it was mistaken. Volume still stinks and will continue to stink as long as the company is so chary with news.
