Bob, I believe Valueman's point is: If you need to use many multiples of voice-equivalent capacity to achieve high data rates, you have to charge accordingly. His concern then becomes: Who will be willing to pay this correspondingly high charge? I don't think any of us, including Valueman, really believe it's that simple to correlate, but it doesn't hurt to discuss until IFN or G* can clarify. Personally, I think this (many) multiple voice channels being constantly used is only appropriate if we're talking streaming video. For the most part, IFN usage should be somewhat "bursty" because an individual user won't be pulling 800kbs constantly during his/her connection. For most of us: click, download, READ, click, download, READ. Unless it's streaming content, I'd say most internet time is spent reading/looking. For streaming video, GEO will win, hands down, I think. Only time will tell how this plays out.
