I'm not a techie, but I don't think MSFT is easy to use and I can understand why Ox's parents have problems with it.It crashes constantly. It is not reliable. Have you used Star Office? I understand that it is reliable and user friendly. Oracle's CEO, Larry E. has said often that we need computers and software that is easier to use. I agree with him. I won't accept the mantra, "that it is too difficult to make Sun's UNIX easy to use." What we should believe is that what we now imagine may become reality in a few years.
