Skywatchers...we are having a bit of a meteor shower these days.........its the debris stream left by a passing comet.......saw a nice display here in N California around 10 PM...( pretty much straight up...get a lawn chair). a few elicited awes and gasps........

You make a good point.

I'm thinking that SNDK's growth overlaps into the digital camera area.
These are just beginning to get popular.
I understand that this market can't be compared to the wireless phone market, but it seems like this could carry them until G3 wireless technology catches up.

Who knows...
We'll see.

I think the consensus on SNDK (and I neither agree nor disagree) is that the earnings going forward will either not grow at the same rate as in the recent past, or even start shrinking. There is some evidence that its customers are seeing softening demand (especially w/respect to wireless handsets).

SanDisk doesn't has not sold a single product to the handset market.
The closest they come to telecom is flash disks for routers.
