Gerald, the deal was announced in Mar I believe. However, since NTOP shares has been in a noise dive ever since, there have been many rumors that the deal would fall apart. So, I think the annoucement afterhours that AT&T is indeed going to go ahead and complete the deal is a great sign for NTOP. Like I said in my previous email, I just dont see how NTOP can go down to 25 again with this news being confirmed. There maybe some profit taking on Monday, but I believe a run to 40 in 2 weeks is a reasonable guess
