4-Bob; IPO;s are get in get out..Brokers talk up the long
term bullseet.
I just looked at 24 IPO'ds that came off lock up, 23 of the 24 were below their IPO price.. and I wasn't
looking or screening for the low ones just what was coming
out of lock up, and over 60% of them had already sold off
as most holders on lock up get around the lock up early
as soon as they get a friend to short some for them.
-------------
Man it looks like a vacuum truck suckin up the money from
the suckers who are dumb enough to buy into that long term
sheet. 80% of them were not just down, they were down hard
like many of them going for 10% to 20% of their original
IPO..the news media won't pass this to you.
-----------
Doubt it ? Check ipolockup.com
and then look from Aug 1st to the 9th,,
I only found 1 that was above it's IPO price.
If you get em flip em ASAP or get a friend to short
em on the runup..but long term, better you use your money
to start the BBQ pit.
Every one thinks they are going to find the next
MSFT..shit no one found MSFT it was rigged by
IBM insiders who got rich, Bill couldn't even believe
his own luck..
