Hi sommovigo; Thanks for posting the listing of Section 9 of the SEC regulations about illegal stuff.

Which of the paragraphs do you think it is most obvious that Auric was in violation of:

TIA, it wasn't obvious to me that he was in violation of any of them, but I'm not a securities lawyer, and don't know what they mean. (Too many phrases like "substantially similar" or "course of business" for me.)
