Pandesic was an ASP, not an IDC-provider like EXDS, providing hosted SAP R/3-based services like order fulfillment, accounting etc. Basically the 104 jilted Pandesic customers will have to find similar services elsewhere via another ASP. Pandesic's closure is not as directly relevant to Exodus, Digex et al as it is (very ominous IMO) for other 'commodity'/'ERP as utility' ASPs like recently public Corio. JMO, but I would avoid Corio.
