Hi Scott! Have ya ever heard of Captain Whidbey Inn in Seattle......I have had a recipe for an Washington Apple Cake and posted it over on Drea's thread today. Had the recipe for at least 20 years, thought of you when I posted it. just wondering if the Inn might still be there.
