I can think of no more cogent reply than to call you NUTS! You live in some sort of la la land - a place of what might be if only this or that happened. The fact is that you have to deal with the world as it is and move on from there. Perhaps you should spend some time, money, and effort in placing full page ads in all the media outlets lecturing and hectoring gold mining executives on how they should run their companies - how they should play 'after you Alphonse' with the other producers - buy gold at auctions - there's a lovely nutty idea - close down mines, lay of thousands of workers, etc. And when the class actions suits flood in you can offer yourself as a co-defendant?
