I try to encourage them to stick to company business. The closest thing to the load from hamster dance is when everyone tunes in to Spinner. I've had to outlaw that, and suggest they play a CD instead. Sharing the ISP DSL channel is fine for normal web browsing, email, chat rooms, stock quotes, shopping, etc., but if too many of the users try for lengthy video conferences, or streaming audio for background music, it does tend to slow things down.
