i dont trade these stocks, but i have heard a lot of favorable comments on atmel, flash memory, and they are supposed to have big backorders,looks cheap under $30, way oversold, a lot of people like sandisk as well, have not heard anything about the 3rd one, my guess is they will do very well, when the naz hits their "fall" rally as long as they dont "disapoint" in revenues or earnings before then

Brice A. Guckien: I think ATML is a steal at current levels and I have loaded up. I am quite leery about the flash memory sector and hear widely divergent analyst comments regarding its outlook. More importantly, both INTC and AMD make flash memory chips and provide formidable competition to SNDK and SSTI. I hate to bet against them.
