Carl: Thanks, I had worked it out by tracking the growth in the average number of shares in the 2Q and 3Q. I cannot find the 4Q on the web site, unless it is buried in the Annual Report. 2Q 18,676,720 3Q 20,587,072 I noticed that 18,851,000 was the average for the full year. So it looks like my guess of about 22 million before the KD1 and SPO might be right. Realistically, I should make that the basis of the comparison. If someone else would like to do the sums, be my guest. If not, I'll do it later. But my guess is that $11 now is equal to about $13+ then, which is what I guessed yesterday.
