A worthwhile gamble A Friday in summer with the NASDAQ's overall direction still uncertain was not the best time to float EQIX, but my guess is that this is just providing a very reasonable entry level for those who didn't get an IPO allocation. Given the explosive nature of their business area and the all-star team of investors and clients, my guess is that EQIX represents a very reasonable risk/reward at these levels. Picked some up yesterday on that assumption. EQIX could very easily be trading substantially higher by Labor Day.
