Hi PAT,
SDLI will go thru all the churning that ETEK did before the merger. Unless the F/O sectors gets artificially downgraded by the accumulating analysts, I suspect J and SDLI will be playas. We still have another run coming.

The 5.7% of SDLI owned by NTT is in the SEC-13G filed on June 8, 2000. Don't know where those shares came from.

Item 4. As of June 2, 2000, NTT beneficially owned 4,830,748 Shares, which represents approximately 5.7% of the issued and outstanding Shares. NTT has the sole power to vote or to direct the vote of 4,830,748 Shares, and the sole power to dispose or to direct the disposition of 4,830,748 Shares.
