BobRealEstate, You are insulting. To Valueman, now to Mr.A. You said you wanted to hear from Maurice. He already responded. You might want to look it up, something to the effect that Valueman's posts were more valuable than the sum of yours and his; he backpedaled a bit later, not wanting to insult other great posters here like Rocket Scientist. But his message was clear: he has immense respect for Valueman's input and does not want to lose it. If you cann't handle Valueman's posts, on an emotional level, a logical level, or on whatever other level, then I respectfully suggest that you place him on 'ignore'.
