Dennis, I am in ULBI for the rechargeable line they are in the process of launching, and the 9 volt, might be just a steady business, but possibly not large enough to support overhead. I think they are making some effort to open other markets, but market development is a lengthy process. In any event, I like the fact that they have ample cash in the bank and that they were able to raise $20 MM credit line without too many strings attached. ULBI management must believe that they canm get more than 9% return on these funds. Do you have any idea what they are getting for the phone batteries they are now selling, it seems that the capacity at 2.4 MM annually should add a nice chunk to sale. Zeev
