SMRA is rated C by the Stock Doctor, but interestingly, has an A+ rating for fundamentals, # 2 in its sector (Telecom Equipment). This is an out-of-favor stock waiting to be discovered, IMO - does anybody else read it that way? A true telecom Value play . . . Looks like it's forming the bottom of a short cup; could be a handle for a cup going back to the March high - looks good to me, though. Thanks!
