Nope, no relation, but that's great news about (Bob) on vacation.

<<sucking down gas>>

I suspect that there had already been lots of practice with better tasting beverages. I also imagine that the method was repeatedly demonstrated afterwards (while the story was being told) -- again with better tasting liquids. <g> At least I hope so!!

Troy

PS - I need to remember this one -- "Dear, I was (am) just practicing for the day when I need to suck a gas line." Think it will float?

But it was Bob to the rescue
diagnosing the problem in seconds and sucking down gas to clear the clogged fuel lines in the nick of time.

Actually, it was just a matter of disconnecting the fuel line, waiting a few seconds, then reconnecting it. Whatever got sucked up into the line (by the engine) needed to drop back down so the engine could get fuel.

I still maintain it had nothing to do with your having made the boat go airborne for about 50 feet. <g>

And I hope your kids didn't hear the words that escaped my lips during said airborne maneuver. Had I said the same thing here, I'd have to suspend myself for, oh, about another 2 weeks. Hmmmm.....

BTW, we loved that Italian restaurant so much we went back there the evening before we left. Yummers!

Anyway, everyone, I'm back now. And I've got to say that though my office chair feels wonderful right now, the keyboard and mouse feel very foreign. Haven't used them in a couple of weeks. I'll have to do that more often.
