More on Selective disclosure. A good article in Forbes pointing out the time lag between we, the people, and the "Wall Street Gang" when the company has 8K, 144, and other filings. Money talks, money walks...Oh, they say one reason the analysts, et al get to see the 8K (material events) first is because we, the people...are STOOPID.."the people need analysts to explain things to them"..Yeah, right ...they mean..take their positions, and spin the news.
